Sidewalls tear easily, poor fast corner grip
Attractive price and weight, but the sidewalls got multiple tears in them right away, on trails where other tires survive for years. Also, tight, fast cornering is sketchy, and prone to loss of grip. Good tire to reduce weight, and use at moderate speed on buff non-rocky trails.

hard pack rollers
For those who commute on their FB in the summer this is not a bad option, 22-24lbs in them and they roll well and are very durable on filthy crumbling commuter paths and sidewalks, passable traction off road with 10 or less lbs.

Ok
Awesome bead, I ran these tubeless on Surly HRD rims(not tubeless) without split tubes and without issue for approx. 2000 miles this summer. They have a pretty well balanced casing, no detectable mal-alignment at speed, and good durability. They roll really fast. They climbbrake ok. Weight is good in the 1200gm range. Why 3 stars? they don't corner very well- The shoulder lugs are the same as the center lugs and the tread swath is pretty narrow for a 3.8 tire. Terrible in mud, I didn't even give them a chance in snow, and a wider footprint would be better for sand. That said, I can only really recommend them for dry hardpack where you'll be on your A-game through the turns.
