Great waist pack for the long days
Bought his for a double metric century and it held everything but the bike. I probably brought too much stuff, 4 bars, 4 gels, tube, multi tool, portable usb battery, wallet, keys, drink mix with two bottles and room to spare. In reality the bag got too heavy and fitment is not a problem as you can easily cinch the ties for the belt and bottle compartment while on the bike.
Sits comfortably once you have it positioned, depending how much you pack it. Did not move or sway when off saddle. Id highly recommend this. Love that you can fold down the bottle compartment to be flush with the waist.
