Mips Air
Mips Air is a rotational management system developed and designed to be the lightest system possible to help reduce rotational energies otherwise transferred to the head during an impact or crash. The Mips Air technology is integrated into the padding of the helmet and enables the 10-15mm of relative movement between the energy absorbing layer and the padding. The relative movement of the Mips Air is enabled by having a backing of polycarbonate PC with a special low friction treatment and being held by specially designed fixtures enabling movement in all directions. By being integrated into the padding the system is as light as it gets and designed to fit each specific helmet and size, barely being visible to the user and adding only limited weight to the helmet.

Reviews
So I got the retro coloured helmet, with orange, grey and blue details, as it looked pretty cool in the photos - and it does look great in person too, so 5/5 for style.
Functionality is other matter - the fit is pretty snug, with the largest size just being this side of tight for me (POC, & Bell large size helmets are ok on my quite large head) - once on the road you kind of forget you're wearing it, but when you suit up it does feel tight. It doesn't sit as high as other helmets, nor does it make you feel as if you are wearing a mushroom cap, so for those worried about aero, I imagine the smaller footprint will help you gain 0.1 watts on a caf ride.
Ventilation is good, but not outstanding - I feel I'll not be wearing this one in the heat of summer: it felt a bit warm riding at around 60 degrees, but for midseason rides, it's well ventilated; padding absorbs sweat and isn't as drippy as other helmets I've owned, but again, I haven't ridden it on a hot and humid day, yet. Having a padded chinstrap, a nice detail, but not a must for me, adds to the overall feeling of snugness.
So in conclusion, I like the looks, as it blends the retro and modern style pretty effectively, but it it was just a tad roomier it would have gotten a 5/5 overall. As it stands, I'll be using it during spring and fall, but not winter, as I don't think I could fit a thermal cap under it, or summer, as ventilation is not as good as with a POC Air, for example.
I never thought I would have such an opinion on a helmet but here we are. Not only does the dazzle camouflage look awesome (I got the 80s colorway) but it feels nice and light and well ventilated. My noncyclist partner even commented on how much she liked it!
