With the addition of thoughtful features like a rear storage pocket at the small of the back and reflective accents just like those found on their more premium bibs, the Chrono bibs really come into their own as a no nonsense performance bib.

This is my 7th pair of Giro bib shorts. Unbelievably, I have 2 pair of Chrono Pros from 2017 that are still in regular use and are still among my favorites. I have 4 pair of Chrono Experts purchased since, and all but one are in regular use. I will buy a pair of Chrono Pro's or Experts any time they show up on BTD. I love the fit, the quality, and the stretchiness of the straps.
With that said, these Chrono Sports are pretty meh. The fit for me is fine, but the materials are on par with budget bibs. The chamois is suitable for no more than short rides, the straps are less stretchy than better Giro bibs, and the overall feel is just . . . cheap. If you're cross-shopping agains budget bibs, you'll be satisfied. If you're used to mid-range or better bibs, you could be disappointed.
Back to cycling after years of other activities and just getting used to wearing cycling cloths again. Had been buying more budget friendly bibs until I decided to try some better one. These Giro Chrono Sport Bibs are now my favorite. These fit great but do run a bit on the big side. I'm 6'2" & 210lbs. the XL fit very well, maybe just a touch loose. I wear XXL in most other brands of cycling bibs. Highly recommend these.
These are decent quality and the fit is pretty good but the chamois just doesn't work for me. Fine for short rides but anything over 30 miles and I'm reaching for my bibs of choice - Giordana.
