The Donnelly Tires MXP features a unique tread pattern offering an amazing all-conditions tire that excels on grass, loose dirt, sand, moderate mud, hard pack, and pavement. The MXP is named after the airport code for Milan, Italy, site of a World Cup cyclocross venue that calls for an all-conditions tire.
The tread features the a classic profile with several modern updates. Precise grooves in the central chevrons allow the tread to flex while more aggressive side knobs offer traction and control beyond what you might expect. If you could only have one cyclocross tire in your quiver, the MXP is the one to have.
Donnelly Tires were previously known as Clement tires, but due to a licensing have had to change their name. If you have used Clement tires in the past, Donnelly has retained the materials, designs, and compounds in these tires.

My go-to CX racing tires
I have two pairs of these an older pair I use for commuting, and the newer ones I save for races. They are awesome. I have heard that the PDX tires are better for extra-muddy conditions, but I prefer to have a more all-around set of tires, so these are it until I'm more of a Cat 1-2 kinda guy. )
