The CeramicSpeed Preload Bolt for Shimano Cranks replaces the plastic OE preload bolt on 24mm Shimano cranks. Just 8 grams of black anodized aluminum make for a clean and precise fit.

It looks fancy on the bike

I have one of theses on my Enve MOG and on my Pinarello Dogma F. It looks fancy on my GRX and Dura-Ace crank. Functional meh?
