Cane Creek's 40 Series Headsets feature black oxide, sealed cartridge bearings and internally relieved AL-6061 T-6 cups and covers for superior performance and durability.
This IS41 model features 41mm angular contact bearings with 36°inner chamfer and 45° outer (36°/45°). It's designed for use with 1-1/8 inch fork steerer tubes. The bearings are directly compatible with 41mm head tubes and can be adapted to 42mm (Italian) head-tube with the included 0.25mm shim.
The Cane Creek 40 Series IS41 Headset includes a 15mm alloy top cover, eliminating the need for an excessive spacer stack. Black. 77 grams.
