Reviews
I bought this saddle to go on a restoration of a vintage 1989 Lemond Ventoux. Wanted to stay with a classic look but also wanted a lighter weight and functional saddle with a cut-out. The Brooks C13 Cambium Carved All Weather Saddle fits the bill. This is my first Brooks saddle (I ride Selle Italia superflows on my two other rode bikes) and overall I like it. I prefer a wide saddle and wish this was just a tad wider. I think it feels more narrow than it measures because it rounds off on the sides. I don't have a ton of miles on it yet but overall it's comfortable and looks great on the bike. Seems like it will be plenty durable and unlike Brooks leather saddles, doesn't need break in or regular maintenance. I would buy again, and as usual, great buying experience from BTD!
I had the original C13 saddle, but it was too narrow for me. I wanted something that was a tad wider. I found this on biketiresdirect and at a good price so I purchased it. So far so good. It is flexible and that little extra width helps especially on long rides.
