I got these as an alternative to Aspens for training and light trail riding. They have a major flaw - very poor cornering. I was cautious of this just by looking at the tread once I got the tires. The side nobs are directly behind the transition nobs. There is no "room" to hook up with anything. It's quite unfortunate because it could be a great tire.
I have set of the WP Speed tires and they are great! TBH - the Speed is better in every way. It grips as well climbing/breaking and corners much, much better.

I purchased the Wolfpack Race tires (29x2.4) to replace a set of Schwalbe Racing Ralph's. They handle great in the corners and shed mud extremely well. Although they are a little heavier, I can't tell any difference in overall performance. I run them at approximately 20 psi in the rear and 18 up front. At almost half the price of the Racing Ralph's, I am totally sold on these tires.

I am running the 2.4 Race on the front and the 2.25 speed on the rear and the combo works very well on the flow trails I mostly ride. Replaced the Maxxis Minion and DHR that came with my bike as I wanted more speed. Got a lot more speed with very good grip. I am 200 lbs and run both around 30-32 lbs. Very pleased and the price is great for the quality of this tire. I will buy them again when I need a new set.

Put on the rear ' and it's done well ' no issues so far. I would put this on the front next time as it seems to have good cornering knobs.
