Very well-made
I bought this bottom bracket for a TIME Scylon build. Went into the frame beautifully. The cranks fit nicely with no play. very smooth and quiet.

Does the job but spacers needed
Replacing an aluminum TT frame with at carbon frame. Needed a new bottom bracket. The Wheels Mfg bottom bracket is a very good solution. However, a set of spacers was needed to fit the frame. The frame was 9mm to narrow. Unfortunately, BTD does not sell the spacers and needed to locate elsewhere.

Best value choice for BB386 standard
I have this on a Time ADHX45, as well as a T-Lab R3 Omni.
