Truth be told I didn't buy these tires from BTD (sorry BTD) but I like posting reviews here as I believe it is the one of best places for cycling enthusiasts to shop for parts online. I've posted reviews on several tires here and typically I'll get an irreparable flat shortly thereafter so I'm taking a big risk here (your welcome). These are definitely right up there with the best tires I've used as far as road feel, comfort, speed and durability are concerned. I have somewhere around 800 miles on the current set with maybe one small nick in the rear tire and little sign of wear on the tread. They feel fast and are fast, I'm reaching my expected top speeds and have set plenty of PRs with them. The 150tpi along with the rubber compounds used make these a comfortable tire while still providing enough feedback, they do feel quite soft when new so I was expecting them to puncture easily but so far so good. They set up tubeless on my RSL 51 wheels easily enough but don't hold air quite as well as the Pirelli P Zeros, I might lose about 5 psi overnight so not drastic by any means- I might have to increase the amount of sealant I'm using in all fairness. These also seem to be sized correctly for 19mm internal width rims as the RSL 51s are 23mm internal and the tires have inflated to just over 30mm although that did take a little while, at first I think they measured around 29mm. The only problem I see with these is that they are not hookless compatible so that will be a deal breaker for a lot people with new wheels. Considering these are less expensive than the top offerings from the major brands I feel they are a tremendous value. I would love to see their rolling resistance and puncture protection tested on BRR, and in fact I added them to the monthly voting list for members, but unfortunately there is far more interest in the major brands tires.

I have tried a lot of TLR tires and these are by far the easiest to install that I've experienced. They went on easily, and sealed and inflated with an ordinary hand pump and no drama (Doc Blue sealant on Hunt wheels). They have a nicely rounded shape that corners well and they feel like they have very low rolling resistance. After 1.5 months of daily riding in wet and dirty winter conditions (Ohio) including regular encounters with sharp rock salt, I have had no issues with punctures or pressure loss. I've never tried Vredenstein tires before, but I'm super glad I did. These are fantastic. I don't normally write product reviews, but these tires merit the effort.

Easy to install, rides nice, I needed a compressor to seat the first time (every tire on my wheels has needed it), and a bit disappointed that the claimed 32mm size came up short at 30mm on my Easton EC90 SL rims. I almost exceed the 70 psi pressure limit being a larger person combined with the tires 70 psi pressure limit using Silca's pressure calculator. A true 32mm would have given me that extra wiggle room.

I really like this tire. It's supple, smooth and fast. So far, with a couple of hundred miles I've had no problems. I purchased the tan 28mm, and I ride a Specialized Roubaix.
