I have been using these tires for a few years now. In the summer they are great and last for around 4-5000 miles as long as you dont have too many cuts from class etc. Over the winter the wet winter here in PDX I get around 3-4000 miles. so I'm pretty happy with them

I ride every day during the year (except for snow, ice, and very hard rain), so I need really good tires on my Cannondale road bike. The Vittorio Rubino Pro III tires are the best - they last and they perform. They are also easy to get off and on when you have a flat - another very important consideration. And they also do not break the bank on price. There is nothing not to like about these tires.

I like that I haven't had a flat with Rubinos. I like that they're light for a training tire. I like that they have side tread, but a slick rolling center. I rode 6000 miles on Rubinos in 2011 I went used 3 tires for that mileage - 1 front, 2 back - without rotating and they took care of me. I ride 18-19 mph and a daily ride is 40-50 miles. I find myself 40 miles away from home often - I did 4 centuries last season. I like to roll as fast as I can, but I dislike flat tires more. Rubinos takes care of both.

Best tires I have used so far. Can't beat them for the price.

DO NOT use tire levers with this tire. It is super tight and I took my sweet time on the bike trail today and installing them last night and you will pinch a tube with quickness. A ton of mixed simple green and fingers is definately the way to go. All in all, this is a great tire that you will not regret buying.
