Use this on my daily commuter, after 2200 miles, no flats. Rear a bit worn, front still quite usable so going to switch them around and try for 4000. Me, bike, and commuting gear add to about 220 pounds.

I've completed over 2500 miles on them so far. The rear tire has a few slashes and holes from glass I had to remove, but nothing got through to the tube. Very durable. Does extremely well in the rain and cornering. I have just ordered my second set for when I replace my first pair.

I use these tires for long distance rides, commuting and everything else. My front tire has lasted for 2500 miles and the back tire lasted almost as long. They have a durable inlay that really protects the tube and they are more flexible and easier to put on then other brands I have had in the past. I live where it rains constantly and these tires corner well in wet conditions.

I put these tires on as a trial and have learned to love them. I have them on two bicycles now. North Orange County (Fullerton) and surrounding cities roads are rapidly becoming more like Belgium's pave than asphalt. Cracks, breaks, potholes, etc. It's easier to point out the good parts of the road rather than the bad parts. These tires seem to be impervious to those conditions and after hundreds of miles I have not had a flat. The bad roads also cause truck tires to lose their retreads and we pick up pieces of wire all the time, so far they have not made it through the protective strip. These tires can be a bit harsh riding if they are overinflated so one has to experiment a bit to get the proper pressure. For me, it's about 100 psi, and I weight in the mid 150's. My impression is that they work well, last a long time and don't cost a lot compared to the competition.

Went from a 23 to a 25mm and ride at a slightly lower tire pressure. Very nice tire.

Handle well

They were a great price, and seemed to roll and handle well, but my rear tire ended up with a pretty big gash in it after just a few hundred miles. Perhaps I just ran over the wrong thing, though, if so, I didn't notice when. I only ride on the road and do my best to avoid most debris.

Performance and puncture resistance truly meet with this tire. I would highly recommend them! Going to give the Rubino Pro Tech's a try next.

Good quality tire for the price. They hold up well for training in the northwest where gravel, potholes, and rain soaked roads are a normal feature on many of our spring rides.

I've been riding these for 5 years and have had 1 flat! And that was because they needed to be replaced. You can always find a deal on these tires too! Best tires for the $$$, hands down!

No flats yet. Smooth ride. Will buy again

Best training tires I've ever had. I ride 2,500 milesyear and have usually been able to only replace these annually. They don't handle like a traditional training tire (which are not at all supple and corner like crap) but closer to a low-end race tire. I have rarely flatted but know when I do get flats it's probably time to replace.

I have been using this tire for more than five years now. I have tried three others during that time and keep coming back to VIttoria's Pro III. It is a great all-around tire for training and racing. It is also (surprisingly) durable. I tear through other tires in almost half the time.

Used for stp training and went through stp with no problems.

Avid cyclist. Rode 2500 miles year to date. Average ride is 40-50 miles.
These are 23mm and mounted on a 2011 cannondale synapse 3 full carbon frame. I run 115 front and 120 psi rear.
They are much more responsive than
Schwable (tires that came on bike) and continental gators both were 25mm.
Puncture resistance is great. Replaces rear tire after 2500 miles due to a side wall puncture from a piece of sheet metal. The other flat was due to a nail.
The ride is a bit rough compared to the other 2 tires mentioned but probably due to tire width and pressure. The trade off is the bike feels a lot more nimble.
The red color option looks great on my bike.

I have been buying Vittoria Rubino Pro tires for several years and they have never failed me. They have an incredibly long life and I have experienced very few flats. They provide a very smooth ride on my Cannondale road bike. In addition, they have always been a relatively easy tire to get off the wheel and back on again on those rare occasions when I have had a flat - that is a very important selling point for a woman like me who has small hands and not exceptional hand strength. They used to be a better value but apparently all rubber products have soared in price.

I switched from 23c to 25c size tire and found it very comfortable and felt a lot faster. I ride at least 100 miles a week and glad to have switched to this brand, very durable, comfortable and a lot cheaper than other tire brands.

Recently purchased and have 600 miles and show very little wear and the ride is very good. If they last as long as some of the reviewers said I'll be back for more.

I've bought three sets of these tires and will never stray again. These are my tires for life. They have amazing traction and durability.

I have tried a lot of tires and this is my favorite for fast commutingtraining. I ride a stretch of graveled single track each day and these tires have held up better than I could have even hoped for. Much better traction than the Gatorskin tires and durability seems to be as good.
