Own a Trek Stache 9.7 29+. I was squaring off the rear due to the fact that i ride the road to get to the trail head. when the tire started loosing air, i went with this Vittoria due to my experiences with Vittoria road tires on my other bike. it felt so good, on suspicion only, i bought a front. not necessary, but i felt i should. what a difference, what a ride. it's still a big fat tire but 1) the semi-truck that i alas heard underneath me is now only a pick up truck, 2) handing quickness is much higher, and 3) that "on the limit", vague, "i'm likely to loose it here" feeling when downhill on a gravel turn has disappeared. i have had it slip on occasion, but only at the extreme, minimally, and very predictably. note: i ride tubeless and the Vittoria's had i had zero complications on mounting.

These tires are great addition to any 29er frame that can handle them, they are on my e-bike and are awesome for all these Alaskan conditions.

These tires are great, I have ridden them this fall and am looking forward to trying them this winter. The roll fast and are very grippy in all the right places. Very confident feel off road and track where pointed. I am very happy with performance.
