This is a great pack. I ride MTB very aggressive. I jump a lot so my Camelbak got old jumping around on my back. I checked this pack out vigorously so I bought it and I have to agree with all of the positive reviews. This pack stays on so comfortably that I forgot I was wearing it and I was lucky enough that it fit perfect right out of the box. It looks very adjustable too. I highly recommend this pack for anyone and if your bite leaks like the other guys remove the bite, cut the hose again for a fresh fit and re-insert the bite. that usually fixes the problem. I use this pack for runs that are less than around 15 miles because if I intend to go more than 15 miles, I need more than 1.5 L of fluid in the summer. I like it because it is lite weight and because it is nice and secure. No bouncing. The downside is that the bite valve leaks. What I have to do is to raise the bite valve high after each sip so that the fluid leaves the tube and returns to the pack.
