This is an investment in warmup and especially recovery for sore muscles. It goes deep and is super powerful. I have zero complaints other than it doesn't come with a human to do it for me! It's worth the money if you like deep tissue and are all knotted up, don't hesitate.

I have yet to get above the lowest intensity... this thing will pound the ever living crap out of your sore muscles. You will learn to love to hate it. Beg for more. There is no massage, only poundings.

I use the product to massage my quads after a day on the ski slopes or a long bike ride. It allows me to be ready for the next days activities.

Bought this after returning two defective knock-offs (Pulse FX and Hypervolt). The Theragun is quieter, has better heat dissipation, and is so much higher quality. The attachments are perfect density and mount securely to the gun. Use it daily - highly recommend!
