I use this as my 2 helmet, so pads can dry out between rides. It fits well and is quite light The air channels on the inside feel like they provide decent ventilation, but I've only used it in cold weather, so far. The only negative, so far, is that the fit adjustment dial occasionally sticks. On the up side, I wear a size large and sometimes have difficulty fitting a warm hat underneath. This helmet adjusts large enough to get a stocking hat under it.
