I bought an oil slick stem top cap. Matches my Supacaz bar ends (that came with my Supacaz handlebar tape). The problem I encountered was glare from the stem cap on sunny days, it's super shinny! It became distracting, even when wearing polarized sun glasses. I took mine off. I suggest you pick another color, not the oil slick.

I was going crazy looking for a stem cap for my bike and finally stumbled upon this offering from Supacaz. I like that it is a simple clean design and of course matches my bar end plugs, most aftermarket or custom caps just don't work for me.

I installed the black top cap on my Eddy Merckx Blockhaus 67 and could not be happier. I bought my bike at a local shop and was fitted for it which included switching out the stem and cap, unfortunately the chrome cap they gave me did not go well with my blackred paint with white accents and I've been going crazy trying to find a replacement that didn't look either cheap or overstated. Thankfully I happened upon this website and found the Supacaz top cap, it's a relatively simple design but very pleasing to look at and it ties in nicely with my end plugs & bar tape (Supacaz of course).

My son wanted it on his bike for some style. He loves the color.
