The pedals were an easy install and now I'm glued to the power meter screen on the bike. Speed used to be the only thing I cared about , now I ride more efficiently knowing how much energy I'm using during a workout or just leading a group ride. It's made me a better rider for sure.

Let's face it, data like watts, heart rate, and cadence help you become a better cyclist. Stages offers this single side power meter which pairs very easily to computers and provides watt production. Simple as that. This is the first time I have trained on road with a power meter-- after my first indoor Zwift training winter. After having used it on Zwift, I needed it on my outdoor rides. It has helped me focus on constant power production and makes me aware of energy efficiency.

Training in power zones has totally transformed the effectiveness and value of my time in the saddle. Have to admit I was a bit bummed when I did my first FTP test and saw the results. With that information and some great training plans out there, I have seen significant improvement in my FTP, VO2 Max in 5 weeks of training this way. Training may be long on some days, short on the other but always has a purpose and focus that just riding to cadence and heart rate cannot replicate. Worth the investment for sure!

Easy to swap between bikes. If you don't mind the looks (different logo on each side), it will work with Ultegra or DuraAce. Although it is a one sided measurement it is within 5 watts (on average) when compared to my Wahoo Kicker smart trainer. Personally, this is all I need and care for. Did I mention the price was really affordable and the delivery super fast!

I needed to take my training to the next level and the power meter was the way to go. Easy to install, easy to link to my garmin. It gives me instant power measurements with no problems at all.

Bought the Stages Power meter for my road bike that has a Shimano 105 drive train. Installation was easy. The unit paired easily with a Garmin Edge 510 and a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt. Cadence is spot on. Power matches my Kinetic trainer, so as far as I am concerned, power is accurate. Some may have a problem with a single leg power meter, but it is all I need. Great value. Many power meters are 2x to 5x more expensive. For what I wanted, the Stages unit is perfect.

Easy install, works great with accurate readings. I have Garmin power pedals, bought this to avoid changing back and forth.

It's a good power meter. Not too pricey, easy to install, set up and calibrate. high recommend if you don't want to pay for a complete crank.
