Buy this chain.

Do the research (google zero friction cycling), this chain is a long-lasting chain. If you use the right lube, again, do the research, this chain will far outlast most less expensive chains.

SRAM XX1 is the only chain I trust to not strand me out in the woods

I use this on my moutain bike. When I am 25 miles away from the trailhead, the last thing I want to worry about is my drivetrain. I have never had any issues with Sram XX1 chains

the chain i received was what is shown in the image

the chain shown in the image has slits cut from the links to save weight, thats what i purchased, what I received was the old version...

Fattie Fun with SRAM XX1

Got just over 600 miles out of my original SRAM XX1 chain before it started making ugly shifting noises on my Trek Farley. Crank and cassette still in great shape and now with new OEM chain, back to shifting like new. Chain gave itself up and saved the expensive components to ride another day. Yeah Baby!
