I replaced the Sram Apex crank arms on my Cervelo Aspero with the Red cranks. The Apex cranks work as they should, but, reducing the weight on this bike has become a little side hobby, when affordable. The Red crank arms weigh 310g on my scale, compared to 620 with the Apex.

Dropped a ton of weight vs the Force crank my bike came with (over 80g difference). The fit and finish is superb, and every BB should be DUB as they just last virtually forever, even after riding in trash conditions. Now I want Red cranks on all my bikes.

Love the weight of these cranks and that SRAM now offers these in the road/wide option for gravel bikes to clear those larger rear tires. I do wish that the tension ring was made of a better material for the price and also wish that these came with crank boots to protect the ends of the cranks from rock strikes as these are for gravel
