Recently bought a bike with a lower end component build kit, the GX and new cassette made a world of difference and Biketiresdirect had these components priced well below anywhere else I could find online.

The original SRAM GX Eagle derailleur performed for many hundred miles, there was no need to change. During the install I needed help I had never adjusted the screw for a full suspension, set-up the online video helped greatly. The replacement was necessary due damage from a large stick, I had a 100 mile race within a week. I couldn�t risk a failure.

The roots grabbed my previous derailleur (same model) and this got to the house in a few days to get me back on the bike.

Upgraded to GX derailleur & shifter from SX. Shfiting problems went away. Plus it is quicker more efficient.

I have converted 2 MTB and 2 gravel bikes to 1x12 for my wife and I. I couldn't be happier. My wife no longer has to nash her teeth about shifting and can climb longer with the wider gear range. Sram components have made it easy.

It�s was great!

It was time to upgrade the SX rear mec that came on the bike. Niner, Sir Nine hardtail. Right away I noticed easier shifting and that buttery smooth feel I was looking for compared to the SX. Bike parts are expensive no matter what, grab a deal here anytime.
