Quiet breaking
I buy the organic pads because I like a quiet bike. These pads bed in quickly, so I can avoid break squeaks. They provide plenty of braking power. They wear out slightly faster than metallic brake pads.

Organic review
I like the SRAM Organic pads compared to the metal versions. The organic version is quieter, and offers far better XC trail braking modulation compared to metal Power pads.
