I'm not sure if it's a shape thing or what, but this helmet does not fit me. I'm right in between a MD and a LG on their scale, and this thing ends up slumping forward on my head so far that it obscures my vision. Can't really explain it but it feels very front-heavy and ends up shifting forward.
The most hilarious feature of this helmet is its advertised sunglass storage. It does not fit my Smith brand sunglasses. In fact, there is no spot on this helmet whatsoever where my glasses fit. I've never had this issue on any helmet I've owned -- glasses tend to just fit in a couple of the vent holes. Leave it to the helmet with advertised storage to not fit glasses at all anywhere, even those of the same brand!

great helmet- plenty of vents - seems well built and fits great with a lot of adjustability

So I have a head with weird shape and over the years have tried many brands. For me this helmet is the best fitting, nice and square on head AND no bouncing around on rough terrain. The days are just warming now in Colorado and have noticed it is a little warm but I take a little warm vs bouncing all around on my head.

Fits well... however... photographs are deceiving... the helmet does not have a full honeycomb lining... only partial

I am a big fan of Smith helmets and its honeycomb lining... the honeycomb keeps the bugs out. The Sessions was to be my third Smith helmet... however when this helmet arrived I was disappointed to learn the honeycomb is only on the sides... and the top is open... my first two Smith helmets have a complete honeycomb lining.... I will be returning the Sessions helmet
