My Sidi Mega road shoes are size 43 and fit great, so I purchased the same size in these shoes. The fit was too small so I am returning for the next size up. Besides running small, the quality of the shoe is outstanding.

The shoe is almost too wide for my duck feet(wide at front, narrow heel), But I can tighten it up enough without cutting off circulation, and it still grips my narrow heel. I like the separate tightness control at the top versus the toes. I put in slightly thicker insoles for better padding. Very stiff nylon sole for great power transfer and not as delicate as carbon for off bike stops. My bro-in-law is brutal on bike stuff and has had these shoes hold up for him for years, which sold me on trying the shoes. My only complaint is the heel bits for walking on are placed too narrowly, which makes it like walking on high heels, which I personally am not used to, so it makes the shoe very unstable on smooth ground. Actually easier to walk on dirt or gravel and soft surfaces. The gaps between the nubs on the bottom pick up very large rocks, which need to be dug out, which is a definite negative. Time ATAC cleats work great on the shoes. Definitely efficient shoes on the bike, but not for walking on for more than a few steps.

Pricey but worth it. these shoes improved my power stroke. I also had hot spots on the bottom of my feet that these shoes fixed. my last pair lasted 10 years. I went up a EUR 1/2 size for these.

Great shoe for the price, very good fit for a wide foot.

I have a wide foot and this shoes fit and are very comfortable on and off the bike.
