Great for 40-50 and Raining not the best padding
Kept my hands very warm and dry. Kept my hands dexterous enough to operate my Shimano 11sp 105 shifters, and enough grip too. Only thing is they don't have any gel inserts and the fabric doesn't dampen vibrations that well on its own

Gloves
When riding in rain and hands are going to get soaked these make a great pair to have. A little bulky feel when soaked but no glove is perfect when riding in the rain.
