I am large enough that saddles that don't just flop around on me are like sitting on a brick or a giant sponge. This is nice to sit on. The large cut away is cooling as well as pressure relieving. I do think most of how a saddle fits is in the head of a rider, and the saddle should be on the other end of the rider, so my take is very subjective at best.

i have used SLR saddles for 15 years on every bike, but my favorite version was discontinued years ago and is now almost impossible to find even used. cutout saddles have always bothered me due to being able to feel the edges of the cutout. this saddle is the perfect shape, and while i can still tell there is a hole, it hasn't been a bother yet after a couple of test rides. I also appreciate the thicker padding now that i am older and the majority of my rides are mixed terrain. The price is higher than i'd prefer, so i'm not going to jump at putting one of these on all my bikes yet, but so far i am happy with the purchase.

I know saddles are subjective but this is The One. Have one on my road bike and loved it so much, got another for my gravel rig and embarked on a 3 day 250 mile bikepacking trip with no break-in period. It was a bit of a gamble, but paid off: not saddle issues of any kind. If I had more bikes, I'g get this saddle for them too.

I have struggled with saddle sore for a long time. I did try various (5+) saddles, including Flite, but none of them worked well. SLR Boost Gravel turns out to be the best one. I didn't choose the non-Gravel one because I think the extra cushion in Gravel could help to mitigate the saddle sore. Super happy with it.

Saddle is light weight. Extra gel padding works great for gravel vibrations. Extra large cutout is awesome especially if you are dealing with pain and numbness issues.

Life long SLR rider racer, switched three days before ninety mile with nine thousand foot climbing epic gravel race/ride. Simply wish I had switched sooner. Bought a second SLR Boost Gravel for my other bike the very next day!

Road and gravel bikes both now have this saddle, combined about 8,000miles. Love this saddle!

Selle Italia make great saddles and this is up there with the rest. Competitive price and prompt shipment always helps but the Customer service when I called to change my original order was top notch.

My favorite saddle WAS the Specialized Power until I tried this one. Short nose & profile are similar, but the cushioning effect & overall workmanship is much better.
