I'm running this on the rear of a Stumpy Evo. Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5 in front. Ride primarily in the Colorado Front Range (greater Nederland area). Style is mostly trail but always piecing together a somewhat rowdy descent. I bought this without physically seeing, so shame on me. This initially rode fast and well; including cornering. But rocky trails of the Front Range are not this tire's friend. The center lugs have worn down way fast; so it now skids while braking and spins while climbing. Needless to say it should be replaced ASAP. Bummer, as this will have lasted a 1/4 season instead of a full season. This might be fine for smooth trails and riders <150lbs that are less abusive.

To update my earlier review, the cornering lugs wore out entirely too fast, with one being entirely ripped off, exposing the carcass underneath. Can't recommend this tire, at least for the rocky mountains.

Decent all-around trail tire. Using it as a rear. Seems to be wearing a little quickly, and is maybe not as grippy as a DHR, but it has performed well on rough/rocky CO trails. Certainly no loss of grip on uphills.
