Very impressed so far. 300lb rider on a Trek hybrid on mostly tarmac roads. I've logged over 1000 miles in the past 2+ months and it does not show any signs of wear. The center bead of extra rubber that shows when new has just worn down. Very quiet ride and it has a very confident feel on turns.

I use these tires on my touring bike, it weighs 78# so a few extra grams of tires doesn't make a difference. Not fixing flats along the road is the best! The last pair lasted 6 years and 6k miles.

These are great tires if you can mount them. I was able to mount on one wheel with a lot of effort. I never was able to mount on the other. Broke tire irons, blisters on thumbs, after 2 hours I finally gave up. I have mounted dozens of tires over decades but not this one.

Decided to put these on for the wet winter rides. Glad I did - sturdy - a bit more rubber on the road - they're always a long lasting tire - can't go wrong with Schwalbe Marathons.

Zero flats or problems for 12,000 of loaded touring!

These tires wear very well, and are exceptionally puncture resistant. I rely on them for multi-day tours, loaded with gear, as well as local rides; they have never let me down. They are worth every penny.

I have used these tires on my touring bike for the last several years. They are tough, puncture resistance, and can handle a lot of miles even while touring. I usually get about 5000 miles out of them before tread is showing some wear and time to replace. The have not had a single flat in over 10000 miles.

I rode my Trek 520 from San Francisco to Portland, Maine on one set of Marathon Plus Tires without one flat tire. I have tour bikes and they all have SMP tires. I don't like to waste my time fixing flats when I'm out for a ride.I love these tires.

These are my favorite tires. I have had ones that have lasted me over 10,000 miles, no flats. And that's in goathead territory

I have never had a Schwalbe flat tire. I ride 3 to 4 times a week.

I've ben buying these tires for years. I don't want to get flats, so I also add a plastic strip between the street and tube and the tires wear out before I get a flat. I get about 4K miles on a tire...

I bought these for my ebike to get a smoother ride. But the sidewalls must be stiff because the ride is much harsher than the continental gatorskin 32s i replaced.

Ive put 200 miles on these in Colorado.. daily commute of 40 miles. Ive already had two flats with these. Neither have entered from the top of the tire. Both have entered closer to the side wall likely during hard cornering. We have a lot of thorny type brush around so it is what it is. Ive run over plenty of glass with no issues so far. Flats tend to be sheer luck it feels like. The tires themselves are a pain to get on and off my 700x25 rims. I have to use the tire removers to be the tires back on which risks breaking the tube every time. Continentals are a lot easier to get on and off if you have issues with your rims.

These Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires exceeded our expectations! They ride smoothly with good traction. They were easy to install. We replaced the tubes as well with Schwalbe tubes and everything was easy to install. One minor note - The tires were slightly larger and the rear tire rubbed against an installed rack. Be careful if your existing tires currently have little clearance! Otherwise, we are extremely satisfied!

Toured 5000 miles on the last set of tires, not one issue.

City commuting to work. I don't like getting flats in the cold, dark winter months. Tire is very difficult to mount and probably impossible to change on the road.

Schwalbe Marathon Plus and Touring are very reliable. They hold air for 3 weeks with repumping and flat proof. Therefore, they allow the cyclist to enjoy the ride without bothersome flats.

So many goat-heads around here. I was constantly dealing with flats. Had Gatorskins in the past, but like these a lot better. Hope I didn't jinx things by reviewing this...

I love these tires. They are bullet proof and the tire sidewall is reflective, which is an added bonus.
