Of course there's an initial cost to converting to Clik valves, but I really like how they work, and they seem to hold pressure (esp. in road tires) better than Presta. The Adapter for Schrader heads works better on some pump heads (if they have a screw-in mechanism) than others. Other options are replacing the pump head, or buying a dedicated Clik pump. Clik (Schwalbe) also say you can use the adapter on a compressor Presta head, but it's not ideal.

First, the valves and the pump adapter are very well made and excellent quality. It makes checking and filling your tires super quick and convenient. While there has been some resistance to switching over to Clik valves because some people don't see the value, I find that this system has made my life much easier. I run tubeless on gravel and check my tires before every ride to adjust to the surface I am riding. This makes it incredibly easy - put the adaptor on my Cycplus pump, and it snaps quickly onto the valve, shows the pressure, and makes adjusting the tire super easy. If they had invented Clik valves first, there is zero chance that anyone would use Presta valves. Clik valves are better in every way.

I can't even remember how I found it. Presta worked, but it was always annoying to use. Pressing in hard, and hopefully the pump head would catch the thing. Sometimes it doesn't engage and the air doesn't go in. So it was complain-less for maybe 70% of the time? But, it was better than the only other option.
Then I found this. Just click in and pump. I was skeptical, but it was true! So much easier than presta.
The adapter is fully plastic. I also got a metal version from the official website, but the plastic one works fine.
The metal one went to my home floor pump, and the plastic one is for my bike pump.

I have been using this for several weeks now with tubeless-ready tires and sealant (Orange Endurance). I store my bike with valve stems resting between 4 and 7 o'clock so sealant drains out of the stems. I have not had any clogging issues to-date with the Clik cores. I like how easy it is to attach and detach the adapter when airing up my tires. I carry an extra adapter in my seat bag while I ride. I recently bought a medium-sized Fanttik battery operated digital air pump at Costco for my workbench and car travel. With the Clik adapter on the end of the Fanttik's air hose, I can top off both my tires in a half minute or so. I love it!

I have a wheel that needs a 80mm valve stem to protrude enough to get a pump head on to pump up. With this I can use a 60mm stem with the clik valve and I can easily pop the clik head on and it is securely on with no worries of it popping off. I like the secure connection and ease of the tire filling process so much that I have replaced the presta valves in all my bikes .

It does have a issue to adapt this system. My presta only hand pumps are not compatible. It utilizes a schrader to clik adapter. The adapter is a clik on/clik off function and no presta nut interaction.
