have being using this trainer for 8 months now and it works fine. during normal training it works ok, no noise complaint, and easy to store and use
I contacted SARIS due to leakage in the drive unit and they replaced it under warranty no questions asked with a newer version.
AS LONG YOU DONT WANT/HAVE TO STAND UP IN YOUR BIKE the bike has fallen out of the trainer during hard efforts EVERYTIME!!!! i tried contacting SAARIS help support but have not received any feedback i do not stand up in it anymore and it works fine but if yo are "racing" in swift this may be an issue!

It comes with everything you need to get started. A skewer and front block. Easy to assemble as well. You will need pliers to adjust the fixed side to make sure the locking mechanism is fully engaged. Other than that it does the job. Not much louder than a spin bike.

After a cycling accident 4 months ago, i purchased this trainer. Coupled to what is left of my road bike, click on...wow! Doctor told me to be easy-going while the body healed up. Easy to install, NOT noisy as others, comes w a speed sensor...but cannot used on my Mavic rear hub, as hub is too small for it.
Easy to store. A perfect accessory w a perfect price for me while healing my body. Get one while it lasts...

For daily exercise, it works great for me. I am not a racer and just use this to stay in shape while at home avoiding corona virus exposure. I use it with a speed sensor and the Rouvy app. There are newer, better, more expensive trainers, but I am happy with this one.

Was simple to set up and intuitive to use. I am thinking that I will buy another skewer so my GF can use it without having to pull the skewer off my bike.
