I really have no way to say. Its better than taking nothing in terms of ride days when your legs feel like cramping could be a problem. On those days I take a few of these tablets for a ride and no calf or hamnstring cramps. Maybe they do help a bit. I will keep a bottle on hand always until they prove to be for certain, ineffective. I would recommend these for anyone to have for those days you just don't feel like your legs are 100%.

Simple......these replace or fuel up your electrolytes folks. A bit tangy both flavors as I have both. But easily consumed and taste a bit like sweetarts. Could be $10 a bottle with all honesty.....reason I gave them a 4 star value rating over 5. But overall, a 5 star for their use.

I sweat heavily and need the additional support of electrolytes. These tablets easy to use and are relatively good tasting. Just be sure to carry them in something that protects them from moisture. I use an old tube from Tylenol pills.

They helped me get riding after I started cramping up on a long ride. The taste isn't bad at all.
