This is an excellent upgrade over the aluminum bar that came with my gravel bike. The stock bar was way too wide and had ridiculously deep drops. I love the shallow drops on this bar and I use them all the time. The tops provide a wide space for the hands, and there is a gentle sweep back to them that eases pressure on the wrists. I find them to be pretty stiff, which I like.

I had Salsa Cowchipper carbon bars and they got recalled and so I got these instead. I like them much better! The bars have a great feel on the road and are compliant on the rough stuff but also stiff when you are putting down the watts. Pro is Shimano's in house brand and the bars are very high quality. They also are outstanding for wiring Di2 because the holes for the wires are near the shifters and so the wires don't travel far before disappearing inside the bar. Most Di2 compatible bars have the holes at then ends of the drops which means the wires have to be run there and you can feel the wires under your bar tape. These bars are also developed to dovetail with GRX according to Pro. The bars are very light. I got size 40 cm they only weigh 205 grams. On the tops the levers are 40 cm apart and the drops are 48 cm apart (20 degree flair), so for me that is a great. When I'm on the road, I'm fairly aero on the tops, but when descending gravel I have the stability of the drops. The best feature of all for me however is that the drop is only 105 mm. That is rare. Most bars are 115-125 mm or more. But for gravel bars it works great because it means you can get into the drops more comfortably and easily. I highly recommend them. I have no affiliation with Pro nor any other cycling brand and I don't normally leave reviews. These had zero reviews and so I thought they deserve one.
