My sized 52 crux came with 40cm bars stock. For riders my size, this is pretty darn wide IMO. I wanted something that was narrower, yet flared, and robust enough that I wouldn't fear failure with a cheap but light carbon fiber chinese part. I found these bars on BTD and while they were out of stock I put them on my wishlist and got an alert when they became available.

Once I received the part I installed easily since I didn't have to do any internal routing and they hoods are now a good 3cm narrower, the top of the bar is pretty flat and the bottom flare out just enough to get some leverage when cranking in the drops.

Overall, these are great bars that do exactly what I want them too. I've increased my comfort, aero savings and didn't have to brake the bank to do it.

the ergonomics of the bar are great and the flair is perfect, not too wide. Love how the hoods to drops distance is not huge, especially since I have short arms and like the semi flat bar on top. definitely would recommend.

I had the older version of this bar and liked it alot. This new bar is a great upgrade. Longer extensions on the drops and a little larger flat top make this even more comfortable

I've used a ton of drops handlebars and I am very picky about bar shape. These are the best shape bars I have ever used. I put them on my Tarmac, regardless of them being a 'gravel' bar. They actually absorb vibrations pretty well. The drops are perfect - easy access to the brakes, good sprinting leverage, good wrist clearance, easy to just chill in the drops and cruise.
