The flow rate is average, but what really sets these apart from other brands is the ease of taking it apart to clean. It goes back together just as easy. I soak all the pieces in water with some bleach. I have done this for about two years and they are holding up really well. I do not have the money to buy new bottles all the time when I see mold lurking in the lid, and I know a lot of people keep them in the freezer to keep them mold-free, but we have limited freezer space.

This is a great bottle, the only complaint is that it is difficult to get enough water flow through the nozzle.

Love that it holds more than standard tall bottle but is not too unwieldy to actually drink out of, like full 1 liter bottles. Does not leak. Flow rate for valve could be better but not terrible.
