Finally managed to get out on a ride with the jersey after the snow cleared. It fits really well though the main design goal is comfort rather than aero or race-fitness. Be aware, it's well insulated but not windprooof--a windbreaker/jacket will be necessary on those gustier days. An insulated baselayer will help for those even colder days (30s-low 40s F/0-6 C). Pockets are well-sized and secure--I was able to fit all my usual contents with no trouble. And the color (Red Dahlia) really stands out.
My only criticism: the shoulders are a little narrow--I'm a pretty averagely proportioned guy and in all other respects, the recommended size (M) fit me perfectly. But the shoulders are probably a 1/2" narrower than I'd like. It's not a deal breaker by any stretch and didn't impede my ride in any way so I'm still more than happy to recommend the jersey. But something to keep in mind for those who have wide shoulders for their height.

I'm prone to feeling cold all the time, and winter riding is challenge. At age 80, I'm not generating the wattage to keep me warm. This jersey is a good insulator. I'm 6' tall, 155#. A size MEDIUM from Pearl fits me perfectly. Room for a base layer under it. Sleeve length and body length are ample without excess. I usually wear a wind jacket over it,so the HI VIS yellow doesn't show when it counts, but I like the color. I show up well when we stop for coffee.

This thermal jersey, though comfortable and a bit snug, isn't all that "thermal." I.e., the body is warmer than the sleeves. Ergo you'll need a long sleeve base layer in cool weather (40 -50 degrees F).

Perfect to throw on for some cooler days. I pair with a windbreaker jacket for anything lower than ~45. Comfy enough to not need a base layer but I prefer to wear something underneath for when I inevitably unzip as the day warms up or I start climbing.

I'm 5'6' 142# and it fit more like a large. Sleeves were quite long and overall kind of bulky. I'll be wearing a few layers under and that should help a bit. My jerseys are all medium, so this PI is made about one size too big. The size chart is off.

pros: color, visability, fit, great zipper, soft inside texture, good for fall riding and good as layer under shell for winter riding. There are no cons.

Really like this jersey very comfortable and fit is great. Zipper works flawlessly and is highly visible. Takes the chill out of the air.

I'm looking forward to riding soon in the cooler weather of fall.

Good alone for in between days where a bit more warmth needed. Very warm with wind breaker jackets over it.

Great lightweight cover for the 50's. Typical great quality for Pearl. Rolls up easy for carrying after the day warms up.

Great jersey for cool So Cal mornings. Room to move, love the pockets and full zipper.
