I used a pair of these for commuting in Boston for a year in half, all year round. I thought the rolling resistance was plenty low enough for not being a true slick tire, and the grip during wet conditions was also good. I even rode on a snow-packed sidewalk once. I got a single flat on a pothole once when I let the tire pressure get a little too low. For such a low price per tire, I have no complaints. That said, the sidewall on these is fairly weak, and both tires ended up getting a tear through the sidewall weave within a span of a month, ending their tenure on my bike. Still, the performance overall was impressive for how affordable they are.

This tire behaves well on a variety of surfaces. I have used it on gravel carriage roads and commuted extensively on it. It is a great tire if your road surfaces vary. It is much better on gravel and sand than my Panaracer Pacenti tires. They don't have the comfort and speed of the Pacentis, but they are much less expensive and handles miscellaneous surfaces much better.

I like the durability of the tire. The tire is extremely hard to get onto the wheel. It seems like the tire could be made to fit the wheel a bit better.

This is a long-wearing and comfortable riding tire for use on paved streets in wet, dry, and even light snow conditions.

For the money, it's a great tire, especially for a 650b

I commute 14 miles daily on these, on a Soma Buena Vista mixte bike. They're comfy, FAST, nice looking, and inexpensive. They make cycling fun! What more could I ask for ?

Currently use these on my grocery getterneighborhood cruiser. Used to use them on my regular road bike. Compared to a slick 700x25 tire, the tread slows you down but only by one mph or so. I'd love to try Maxy Fasty 650b slicks but who can afford $52 each. These are very long wearing, have great traction, are good for everything other than high performance rides and are an absolute bargain at less than $20.
