I have two Ottolocks one shorter (18) and one longer (30), the shorter is used on my 1987 Trek (daily ride bike) and the longer is use on my Atlantis Rivendell (touring bike). Both are easy to use, perform their purpose. I think they are excellent.

Love its light weight as compared to the u-lock I prefer to leave at home when I don't anticipate being away from my bike more than just a few minutes. Also like to double up with a u-lock to get some added protection for my front wheel when leaving my bike out of sight for an extended period of time. Downside is the combination lock, with just 3 digits, feels rather insecure vs. a keyed lock. But I greatly appreciate its overall practicality for those rides where I just need to use a restroom or grab a quick beverage.

Avid cyclist. This fits easily into my jersey pocket so always have it in case I have a coffee or snack stop. Light weight. Not the ultimate stopper as could be cut through with wire cutters.

Bike hasn't been stolen yet so that is a good thing.
