The drink mix is perfect for MTB training and races. I usually add it to my water bladder and sip every 30-ish minutes. I've tried several similar mixes and Maurten is the easiest on my stomach, I've never had issues.

I added this drink to my longer rides (>50miles) to keep me going. The flavor is light and goes down easily. One packet for two large bottles is plenty
