I bought these gloves on sale and have been very pleasantly surprised at how great they are. The back of the glove seems very dense, so cold air doesn't penetrate, but the palm is not only padded but also has a nice little vent in the center of the glove so your palm can breathe and the sweat doesn't build up. The cuff is tight fitting and very warm. I wear these in temperatures down to the upper 30's to lower 40's (although they are best from the low to mid 40s). On top of all that, the tip of each index finger is "digital" so you can use your touch screen devices without taking them off. They also have terry-cloth like material on the thumb for wiping your nose during the ride. I can't think of any way these gloves could be improved. I have long fingers so usually a medium glove fits my palm but a large is needed to accommodate my fingers, but mediums fit me great in both the palm and the fingers. I love them!
