Have used Look Keos for several years now. I like the greater float they afford over Shimano. If you do use these cleats, however, I suggest getting a set of the rubber cleat covers. They will last twice as long. You buy the models with the impregnated wear pads for double the price, but I believe these are a far greater value IF you don't mind carrying your cleat covers with you.

Always have used 0floats cleats..with my shoes...look keo cleats tend to hold up pretty well to the everyday wear and tear u put on your cycling shoes..

I've never had a problem with Look's replacement cleats before, but this time one of them broke. The toe bit up front cracked then broke off. I've been riding look pedals since about 1990 and this is the first time that happened. My LBS had an off brand pair that I've used before. I prefer the Looks, but now I have a spare.

Seem to be made of more durable material

Look Keo Replacement Cleats are the go to cleats for me, they do the job.

I had a knee operation decades ago, and I like having some additional float. Bought the red cleats to get the maximum float but still feel securely attached to the pedals.

I put these cleats on a spare pair of shoes to give my knees a break. Plus, they grain you to up clip early.

Use cleats for training rides

These Red Keo cleats have just enough float for this old man's knees, been using this particular model cleat for years, 6K - 10K miles a year, no knee problems. Can't beat prices at BTD

Great price, I prefer the most float I can get with LOOKs, the teflon material on the binding surface seem to make the float smoother, beware non-LOOK cleats, they often don't meet the proper size tolerances needed for good engagement and release.

I replaced my Keo grips and even though these are more slick when walking they seem to have a better cleat to pedal interface than the grips.

These cleats are a good deal if they're on sale (daily special). However, note that these do not have the rubber grips at the bottom and may be more slippery if you're walking around. I prefer the grey cleats with the 6 degrees of float which give me a nice balance of security and keep my knees happy.

I've standardized on Mavic or Look pedals on all my bikes, and these are my go-to cleats for road pedals. Stock up when they're a Daily Special so you have them on hand when you realize $%, these are worn out and you really need them. Tips - (1) Take a Sharpie and outline the position on the bottom of your shoes before you swap them so you get them back in the same spot, and (2) put a dab of grease on the bolts so they won't seize due to moisture later.

I normally have to replace them every two years. Always buy them here cause they guarantee the lowest price.

Does not have the grip surface, which I find slightly impedes clipping in. Much prefer these, except on the track, where traction with the wood is less than a road.
