The rubber pads make a real difference, especially when descending stairs.

I purchased a pair of the black (no play) cleats and I'm very happy with them. They seem to click in to the pedal easier and they appear to be stronger. Be careful though to understand the color system, the red replacement set, unlike the original red installed set, has 12 degrees of play. I did not know this when I purchased a set at the local bike shop and I was quite unhappy with them.

These are my favorite cleats, the rubber grip makes it much safer on concrete and slippery surfaces especially running in them in transition during a triathlon.

The new grey version of the cleats are great! So much easier to disengage from the pedals.

Excelllent cleants. Only issue is that the grippy material tends to wear off too quickly.

Cleats work fine with Look pedals.

I like the Look pedals because they're easy to use and it's easy and inexpensive to replace the cleats. You just have to remember to lubricate the screws before you screw them into the soles of your bike shoes. And once a month or so it's a good idea to loosen the cleats and re-lube them. It makes it that much easier to replace them when they're worn down.

Better walking traction than the non grip cleat I wouldnt use the non-grip version.

Im a big fan of the grip cleats - not only for being able to walk around with ease when off the bike but for my usage, they tend to outlast their counterpart, non-grip version.

The cleats are excellent with my Garmin Vector pedals.

These are very comfortable cleats for riding and when you have to stop and walk. Easily installed in just a few minutes.

As long as you're riding, not walking, this is the cleat for you. I've never had any knee problems and the transfer of power from foot to pedal is something you can definitely feel. Better than the original Look system.

These are far better then the cheaper Looks which cause you to slip on the road. These cleats have a soft foamy like plastic that will prevent a spill. The cleat last a long them even the soft foamy part.

These are the way to go when replacing your cleats. Yes, the rubber will fall off at some point and you have to replace them then, but they are much safer and easier to walk on when you're off the bike. Especially when it's wet.

These Grip cleats are a no brainer for me. Now when I unclip and put my foot on the ground there is no slipping. I feel much more secure. I have had a few falls going nowhere doing that. These are great!
