I've had this bike for 1.5 years and about 2,200 miles now, can't say enough good things about it or the quality of service from BTD.
Got it on sale, upgraded to a Force crank & Quarq power meter but otherwise its stock. I was a little skeptical about the electronic shifting, but that dissipated after about the second ride. Battery life is great and you can switch batteries front to rear if one gets low.
The bike climbs, descends, and eats up miles after miles with ease. I've done my first two centuries on this bike and I felt great after both.
My next major upgrade will be a set of carbon HiFi wheels and maybe a fancy 3D printed saddle, but I could def keep riding it as is and be happy. You'd have to spend 2-3x as much to buy a bike with those parts already so I'm happy with the value I got and I will upgrade as my budget allows.
I'm constantly getting compliments on how beautiful the bike is, the color was part of what drew me to it. That and the fact that I had wanted to buy an endurance bike for a while so that I could stop riding my gravel bike on the road as much. I also love having a bike that I don't see a ton of around town, and LOOK is a pretty rad brand so far as I can tell.
Overall super happy with it and I hope to be riding it for years to come.
