All tools are compromises.
Used it once since getting it. (I try not to have anything out of whack before I go riding.) It is difficult to use in close quarters, as all multi-tools can be. But in the end, it allowed me to fix an issue that would have annoyed me for an entire afternoon. How can I complain? I have many bike tools, and most of them work well. I keep looking for the 'perfect' compromise.
