I primarily have this for emergencies during rides. It's well made, sturdy and fits easily in my saddle bag. The ability to store spare quick links is elegant. Have also used the pliers and chain-break function and it worked pretty well though I'm sure dedicated tools would make more sense if you need to do this more regularly than I do (once or twice a year).

As others have said, this tool is beautifully crafted. However, the description misses one important detail: the chain breaker tool brakes chains and connects chains, but it does not do the fine-tuned loosening that a full chain breaker does. I bought this tool because I thought I could get a good two-for-one; now I'll probably need to get a regular chain breaker. I also contacted Lezyne's customer service, and they responded flatly that this is not a full chain breaker tool.

Great lightweight tool for emtbs that like to break chains. The tight machining, quick-link holder and magnetic functionality make this a great tool for your riding kit.
