I never seem to be satisfied with top tube bags. The Ditto opens easily and seals fully. The stretchy rubber clamp holds tightly to the top tube but there is no attachment for the front of the bag. The clamp holds the bag well so that maybe that is not needed, nevertheless I wound up tying the bag through the loop on the front just to be safe.
I bought this for a Surly Cross Check, but the exposed cable along the top tube prevents me from using it on that bike. Maybe I will eventually figure out a way to get it to fit.
Either way, it is a real nice bag.

The Koki Ditto Bag attaches to your top tube with a rubber strap, so no worries of marring your paint. The lid has Velcro, plus a magnet flap, so it's easy to open while riding. Room enough for an energy bar, cell phone, and keys. The bag has a small loop on the front if you need it to be more secure, but it aligns with my stem, so that is not a good attachment point.
This is my fourth top tube bag I've purchased and this one is my favorite, bar none.
