I when I started putting my 2027; Road bike together there was only one Bottom Bracket I had in mind. Kogel, Since my training bike has a Kogel ceramic bearing T47 BB I wouldn't want any other BB on my 2027 race biike. My current bike has 5, 500 kilometers and the Sram Red Crank rotates smoother and quicker than when I put it together in 2025. Sure you need to maintain it with the proper service kit, Just like ceramic speed. Wether it's for a Road bike, Gravel bike or a mixture of them you can't go wrong with Kogel in your bike
