Best BB for Gravel
longer lasting than Cermaicspeed and just as quality. Best for riding gravel and dirt rides often

Watt saver
This is my 2nd Kogel BB. First one went about 7,500 miles prior to getting a little crunchy. I went ahead and ordered a new Kogel BB from BTD because it was too good of deal to pass up. I cleaned the old bearing and repacked it with fresh grease good to go. I use this on SL7 with dub, Kogels BB is a noticeable upgrade to the standard sram dub bb. This does save watts not sure how many but it's noticeable.
