I was rebuilding the bike for my grandson and the used bike came with white tires and a pink frame. I cleaned the chrome painted the frame blue and the black tires look great. Picked up a used bike helmet and painted it the same blue as the bike frame. It made it personal to a very special grandson.
I got a pair of these to replace the tires on my younger son's Trek MT16, as both of the stock tires had been worn down to the cords from frequent skidding. I thought about getting similar (minimally treaded) tires to replace, but the little dude was asking for knobbies. These work well for around the neighborhood, and I've taken him to the local pump trackskills park and light mountain biking with good traction as well. I'd get them again in the future, and I'm happy with the purchase.
As replacement for a childs bike tire, the Kenda was just what I needed to fix my grandchild's bike. The original tire had been skidded to death.
