Only one to flat ??
Recently rode the Katy Trail on these tires which were brand new. They were about the right size(700 x 37) but out of seven riders I was the only one to get a flat and I had TWO.

Great tires
I rode a 80 mile gravel ride with these tires, and they rode great. From soft sand to pot holes they rode well, comfortable, and no issues.
I also, have friends with thses tires, and they have road them extremely hard, and again no issues.
